I liked that it was the quietest motel I ever stayed. The shower pressure was awesome! After it took about 5 minutes for the water to get hot. Most motels have just a trickle for water pressure that it takes you 20 minutes to shower. I LOVED THE SHOWER!

Great location!! I mean superb location. And have a real balcony like a full sized apartment unit. Very close to the lake, shopping and dining. Pet friendly and great neighborhood for walking is adjacent. Be courteous and pick up pet waste. These beautiful homes must really hate having a motel 6 on the lake. But what a value for us travelers.

The rooms were comfortable and affordable. The housekeepers came by everyday to deliver fresh towels. The towels at the pool were always stocked during the entire week we were there. The staff was very sweet, even when I had to get several new room keys they were completely understanding! Not to mention the view of the lake was amazing 10/10 WILL recommend!

The lady @ the front desk gave great customer service. I liked her the most and then the room was great too. I really didn't care for Motel 6 from previous past experiences. We had no other choice cuz everyone we tried to reserve with was booked. Even AirBnBs🤦 I'm glad that Motel 6 had 3 rooms available and we took a chance. I'm now a fan of Motel 6 again, Lol! The room was nice & clean. No regrets with this location. Also the location of the motel is pretty cool too! We'll definitely be back when we visit Hot Springs again.

It was located close to the lake, it was a pretty spot far from actual central ave where most tourist spots are though. Had plenty of area for our pets to use the restroom. Staff was so nice, helped in anyway they could. Refreshing to have them be like that. Room was big enough for kennels, had everything as advertised. Had a balcony on the room. Was clean upon arrival. No bugs of any kind.

We love this location and it never fails to leave us looking forward to the next trip. The gentleman at the front desk was very pleasant during check in!

clean rooms and easy to find. Most of the staff is very friendly and helpful. I had to swap rooms because my tv didn’t work and she was very quick to help me change rooms.

The staff was great. The room was clean. The location was safe. The balcony was a nice amenity. The property grounds were pretty.

This was an amazing price during what else was available to me online I was booking or reserving the room for same day so last minute deals kind of got outrageous for similar locations in the area is my certainly I am very cheap very easy process and the staff was overjoyed to be at work which was very very nice.
